What is a kettlebell? Also known as a girya, a kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks what can only be described as a cannonball with a handle.

Kettlebells have long been considered the ultimate training tool & is one of the most effective and exciting ways possible to get yourself in shape. Kettlebell training is different from conventional weight training because it focuses on the body's natural movements. These natural movements leave no muscle untouched.
