It is important to consider how much time you can realistically commit and how serious you are about achieving your goals. The fitness industry has long been dominated by cardio, weighted resistance machines and the body building style of training.
We move from one electronic device to another be it a car, plane, laptop, mobile, cross trainer or a treadmill, whatever the need, there is a gadget to fulfill it. I dont beleive in gadgets or training fads, they are unnecessary and will never be as effective as good old fashioned hard work.
