YES THAT’S RIGHT – I WONT JUST TAKE ON ANYONE!

Because my time is pretty limited I can only focus my expertise on those of you who are truly serious about their goals.  So if you're not, you may as well stop reading right now to save wasting your time. 

Don't get me wrong: I won't shout and ball at you, but I do expect you to commit to your goals.  At the same time you don't need to be a professional athlete, or have some amazing 'climb Everest' goal in mind; but he's not a personal trainer who is going to stand around holding your towel and count reps for an hour.

Unlike many personal trainers who will simply take on anyone to make up their numbers, I have set up a 'gate' around my services. Only those who are ready and willing to make the necessary changes to attain the goals they have not yet achieved may pass. 

YOUR KEY TO THE GATE
Want to pass through the gate? Think your ready? If you can honestly commit to the following, then you are: 

Train with me at least once a week for a minimum of 8 weeks

Give up caffeine, alcohol, wheat and processed foods for AT LEAST the first 30 days of the programme

Follow my advice and guidance WITHOUT DEVIATION or excuse

Put forth 100% effort throughout the programme and maintain a positive approach at all times

Perform the recommended workouts (your 'homework') at least 3 times per week (sometimes more)


These prerequisites are all or nothing: take them or leave them

YELLOW CARD……. YOUR FIRED!
If I allow you through the 'gate' you are expected to follow these rules. If you fall out of line, you'll get a yellow card. Fail to get your bum in gear after that and I will have no choice but to SACK YOU in true Lord Sugar style and refund your remaining sessions.
