Why Boxing?

Boxing training is a fantastic way to get in shape, the majority of my clients men and women alike have wanted something new in the way of training that will not only be demanding but also refreshing to their training programme. No matter how placid these people are in nature, they get great enjoyment from hitting something hard, de-stressing from a day at work or taking out some unwanted frustration on focus pads allowing these clients to walk away feeling totally energised.

As well as expanding your knowledge of exercise with various training methods, boxing fitness will ensure a demanding workout with focus on punch techniques, combination punching, fitness drills as well as complmenting boxing with various other tools such as Kettlebells.
