A long weekend at KEBO-Fit bootcamp is your first step in the journey to discover the New You, develop a new sense of self worth, unbreakable self-esteem and confidence as well as a new found psychological strength that you can transfer into all you do once you leave boot camp.

This is a no frills bootcamp with hard intense training sessions up to 8 hours a day, you will experience Kettlebell Training, Boxing, H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) and Tyre flippingto name but a few. Your days will be tough and power-packed, in order to challenge you, push you and to make you a stronger and a more shapely individual. This is the Ultimate in bootcamp training.  Women of all ages, shapes, experience, and fitness levels will achieve fantastic results at

Why the name KEBO?

The name KEBO was derived from the unique blend of Kettlebell and Boxing training that makes up the bulk of the KEBO-Fit Residential program. Kettlebells are physically demanding, imagine how much oxygen and energy is required to fuel 600+ muscles rather than just 1 or 2!! The kettlebells are no doubt the best in functional training and probably the best fat burner there is, burning up to a mind blowing 1500 calories per hour. Boxing will improve strength (of both body and character), speed, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, agility, muscular and cardiovascular endurance and also offer a means of self-defence. 

The combination of Kettlebells and Boxing allow these two highly intense training methods to set themselves apart from your regular gym session. They create the ultimate fitness workout offering calorie-filled and power-packed workouts, that will not only challenge you but push you out of your comfort zone and beyond your physical limits.

About Perth

We are blessed with our location. Situated in the heart of ScotlandPerth is a consistent Beautiful Britain award winner, showing a strong commitment to the environment and the city’s streets and public gardens are filled with colour from Easter to autumn. We are in the midst of one of Europe's most dramatic and haunting lands, words can sometimes do little justice to describe the awesome beauty which surrounds us.

Perth has a population of around 43000 and is home to St Johnstone FC, so named because of Perth's former name St Johns town. Perth is easily navigated and proud of its safe and friendly environment. Framed by two splendid public parks (North and South Inch) and the striking Tay Street promenade, Perth town centre enjoys an enviable location. This busy town is home to lots of shops, restaurants and eateries, a concert hall, theatre, swimming pool, racecourse etc.

 is easy to get to by car, train or bus. Whichever way you decide to travel to Perth, you will pass through some of the country’s most beautiful scenery.

The River Edge Lodges
are a family-run business. Set in a stunning location amongst beautiful surroundings, yet only minutes away from the village of Bridge of Earn, winner of the best 'Large Village' in take Pride in Perthshire.

The River Edge Lodges are located on the banks of the beautiful River Earn and overlooked by imposing Moncreiffe Hill in the background, which is worth a climb to be rewarded with spectacular views over Perth, the River Tay and the Lomond Hills of Fife.



 


Accomodation

All River Edge lodges have ample parking for 2 or 3 cars.(This accommodation is based on 3 people sharing)

  • Kitchens are fully equipped, including an electric oven and hob, washer/dryer, fridge, microwave
  • Bed linen and duvets are supplied. Towels are not provided (except for overseas visitors with restricted baggage allowance). All lodges have colour TV with Sky Freeview and DVD player

As a Personal Fitness Trainer I want to inspire health and fitness to all that I train, whether it be personal clients or my bootcamp members. I have helped countless individuals from all walks of life including military personnel to not only achieve their health and fitness goals but also exceeded their initial expectations. KEBO-Fit is an extension to my journey so far. 
I can guarantee you that your time at KEBO-Fit will be well spent. The programme has been designed to get you amazing weight loss results and to offer you the ultimate in fitness challenges, by the time you leave you will have completed one of the toughest weeks of your life, but at the same time you would have had one of the most enjoyable experiences, training with like-minded individuals who are all looking for the same outcome. I have a genuine passion for working with people to achieve their full potential. I bring an enormous amount of energy, drive and fun to any situation. More importantly, I can quickly interpret your inner self and align it with your goals and aspirations. My style is very natural and down to earth. This is coupled with a fantastic ability to work through complex issues to create an outcome which is positive and supports your end goals.

Fitness Instructors - Our fitness instructors are at the pinnacle of their profession because of their knowledge and vast experience of training clients, army recruits and athletes at all levels in order to achieve weight-loss goals, vigorous army selection tests and to improve performance. All instructors are registered with REPS at Level 3A which is the highest level that can be attained.

The Disciplines

Tai Chi - Tai Chi, as it is practiced in the west today, can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined. There are a number of so- called forms(sometimes also called 'sets') which consist of a sequence of movements. Many of these movements are originally derived from the martial arts (and perhaps even more ancestrally than that, from the natural movements of animals and birds) although the way they are performed in Tai Chi is slowly, softly and gracefully with smooth and even transitions between them.
Another aim of Tai Chi is to foster a calm and tranquil mind, focused on the precise execution of these exercises. Learning to do them correctly provides a practical avenue for learning about such things as balance, alignment, fine-scale motor control, rhythm of movement, the genesis of movement from the body's vital center, and so on. Thus the practice of Tai Chi can in some measure contribute to being able to better stand, walk, move, run, etc. in other spheres of life as well. Many practitioners notice benefits in terms of correcting poor postural, alignment or movement patterns which can contribute to tension or injury. Furthermore the meditative nature of the exercises is calming and relaxing in and of itself.

Yoga - Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than three thousand years ago. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness. With Yoga, we can extend our healthy, productive years far beyond the accepted norm and, at the same time, improve the quality of our lives.
Yoga begins by working with the body on a structural level, helping to align the vertebrae, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles and connective tissue. At the same time, internal organs are toned and rejuvenated; the epidermal, digestive, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems are purified of toxins and waste matter; the nervous and endocrine systems are balanced and toned; and brain cells are nourished and stimulated. The end result is increased mental clarity, emotional stability, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

Pilates - Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

By core strength, we are talking about your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles.

Pilates goes far beyond your core muscles however and not only provides a complete body workout (you will be working muscles you didn't even know you had!), but also helps you develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body to work in harmony.

  • 15:30pm Boxing (Pad work, Combinations, Boxing Drills)

KEBO-Fit Residential Bootcamp Course Includes:
