I have been fortunate enough to help countless numbers of men and women lose weight and improve their general fitness.

Having spent time watching the fitness trends in the United States over the years, I noticed a huge surge in the popularity of fitness boot camps. Having seen the popularity grow from strength to strength and having started out myself exercising outdoors using my own bodyweight and cardiovascular training to lose weight and improve my fitness levels I thought it was time that as a fitness professional I got involved with fitness boot camps. The Fitness Boot camp is a well designed fitness program for groups of 15-20 people. Men and women of all ages, sizes and shapes are welcome. The camp sessions are structured to suit everyone’s capabilities and fitness levels; everyone is given full encouragement to do their best and reach their full potential. All sessions are designed in a way that you not only enjoy yourself but also challenge yourself in a way never thought possible.

Each camp lasts for 4 weeks, meeting 1-3 times per week either in the morning or the evening.
